Larrauri & Martí has been proposed as a founding trustee in Spain of the TECHO FOUNDATION, which promotes housing solutions for the homeless. The work of the firm is the performance of pro bono work.

The TECHO FOUNDATION is a network of organizations that share the goal of providing a home to people suffering from residential exclusion.

The lack of affordable housing makes the eradication of homelessness impossible. Techô offers an innovative and cost-effective solution to achieve this.

In Spain there are between 30,000 and 40,000 people in a situation of homelessness. In Madrid there are at least 2,900 homeless people, 650 of whom sleep outdoors.

In view of this situation, Techo facilitates access to housing and promotes their permanence in it, with the aim of improving the health and welfare of users and promoting social and community integration.
