Cristina holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2003) and a postgraduate degree in access to the Judicial and Prosecutorial Careers (2009). She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (2010).
Her specialties are Civil Law and Procedural Law.
Legal Director in all the above mentioned areas, her professional practice is, among others, related to inheritance, Family Law, drafting and modification of all types of contracts, leases (execution of works and services, donations, distribution, supply and transport), judicial eviction proceedings, claims for payment and seizures, actions for the extinction of condominium, Horizontal Property, Intellectual and Industrial Property as well as actions for liability of corporate administrators.
He has extensive experience in negotiation, judicial and extrajudicial and in the active defense of the interests of our clients in court.
