Jose has a Degree in Law from the University of Deusto (1980) and has attended Economic and Accountancy courses at the University of Deusto (1982-1984). Jose is a member of the Madrid and Bizkaia Bar Associations (1996).
His areas of expertise are Commercial Law, Tax and International Law.
Throughout his career, he has specialized in Initial Public Offerings and restructuring and mergers of both publicly traded and private companies. He has been involved in the fiscal negotiation and planning of numerous acquisition and sales transactions as well as the design and creation of international structures. He has vast experience in industrial business management, having held the position of managing director.
