He holds a double degree in Law and Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid (2013), has completed the Startup Lawyers Programme at IE Law School Executive Education (2015) and has completed the Civil Legal Practice Course at the Escuela de Técnica Jurídica (2018). He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
His practice as a litigation lawyer focuses on advising national and international clients, studies on the legal feasibility of legal actions. Negotiation in the pre-litigation phase, legal management of various types of legal proceedings (payment orders, declaratory judgments, enforcement of judicial titles, mortgage foreclosures). He also has extensive experience in banking and consumer law (complex banking products and general terms and conditions).
